Booking takes about five minutes — most of it identity verification. Done online from your phone or computer; no calls, no paperwork.
Select your dates
Visit midtntrailerrentals.com and start a booking from the booking widget on the homepage. Pick:
Pickup window — the time you want to arrive at the trailer
Return window — when you'll have it back
You'll see the total price including tax before you confirm anything.
Choose a trailer
Currently we rent one trailer type: the PJ DT1 14' × 4' dump trailer. Choose dates that work and the system will show whether it's available — if the trailer is already booked for part of your window, the system will tell you.
Complete identity verification
Three things happen here:
Photo of your driver's license — front and back, taken with your phone
A selfie — taken right then, to match your face to your license
Name match between your license and your payment method

Authorize payment
Enter your card details. There's no security deposit. The card hold you'll see is verification — not a charge. Your card is charged after the rental completes; any additional charges (cleaning, damage, late fees) are itemized and notified by email.
Confirmation and what to expect next
Once payment is authorized:
Email confirmation lands in your inbox with your booking number and pickup details
Text reminder before your pickup window opens, including your access code

If anything looks wrong on the confirmation, message us through chat right away — easier to fix before you arrive at the trailer.
