Middle Tennessee Trailer Rentals is a small, owner-operated trailer rental business based in White House, TN. We rent dump trailers for landscaping, demolition, hauling, and the kind of around-the-house projects where you need a trailer for a day or a weekend without buying one.
Who we are
A Tennessee LLC, formed in early 2026, owned and run by Aaron Webb. Small operation by design — single owner, standardized fleet, focused service area. Built to be a reliable rental option for the Nashville-metro corridor without the overhead of a big rental chain.
Why self-service
Most rental businesses spend a lot on counters, staff, and hours. We don't. The trailer lives at a designated pickup location; you book online, get a time-boxed access code, unlock the keybox, take the trailer, and go. Day or night, weekend or weekday. No waiting on business hours, no waiting in line.
This lowers our costs and lets us charge less. It also means you get the trailer when you need it — at 6 AM before a job, at 9 PM after work, on a Sunday morning.
What we offer
Right now: the PJ Trailers DT1 14-foot dump trailer. A versatile workhorse with about 11,200 lbs of payload, 14 cubic yards of bed volume, a hydraulic dump, slide-in ramps, and a 2-way rear gate. Good for:
Yard cleanups (mulch, brush, leaves)
Small demolition jobs (drywall, fixtures, light construction debris)
Material hauling (gravel, dirt, sand)
Moving equipment (mowers, ATVs, small machinery — via the ramps)
Roofing debris
Anything you'd otherwise need a truck-and-trailer setup for

As demand grows, we'll add more of the same trailer type — keeping the experience consistent — and consider other trailer types based on what customers ask for.
Where we operate
Pickup is in White House, TN, about 25 miles north of Nashville along I-65. Our service area is roughly a 40-mile radius — most of the Nashville metro is in reach. Once you have the trailer, you can operate it within Tennessee and the eight adjoining states (per your Rental Agreement).
